Anti-AKR1B10 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against AKR1B10, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for western blotting. The unconjugated IgG reagent is produced in rabbit and validated for use on human, mouse and rat samples, with one supporting scientific validation image. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–316 of human AKR1B10 (NP_064695.3), and the target has a molecular weight of 36 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. For western blot, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is given. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
