Anti-AKAP8L Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes human and mouse AKAP8L (A-kinase anchoring protein 8-like, also known as HA95 and NAKAP95), a nuclear scaffolding protein implicated in chromatin organization, DNA replication licensing, and mitotic chromosome segregation. The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in a 50 µl liquid volume, raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on cell lysates and fixed tissue sections. As a primary antibody targeting a member of the A-kinase anchoring protein family, it supports studies of protein kinase A signaling compartmentalization, nuclear matrix architecture, and cell cycle progression.
