Description
From Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody to AKAP8 is raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 373–418 of human AKAP8, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of AKAP8 protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and recognises a target protein of approximately 95 kDa.
