Anti-AKAP8 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets AKAP8, also referred to as AKAP 95. Raised in rabbit hosts, the reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG and is affinity-purified. According to the manufacturer datasheet, the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 480–692 of human AKAP8 (NP_005849.1), and the target migrates at approximately 110 kDa. The product is presented in liquid form in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.
