Anti-AKAP1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent specifically detects the A-kinase anchor protein 1 (AKAP1) in human samples and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows. The antibody recognizes total endogenous AKAP1 and was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human AKAP1, then affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The product is supplied as 50 µL of unconjugated Rabbit IgG formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol.
