Description
From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets AKAP 13 (D738). The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 700-750 of human AKAP 13. The antibody detects endogenous levels of AKAP 13 protein and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of >95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target has a reported molecular weight of ~307 kDa.
The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
