Anti-AKAP 1 (N306) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, offered by Antibodies.com, is raised against AKAP 1 (N306) and is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence applications including ICC/IF. The unconjugated reagent is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples and was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 274–320 of human AKAP 1. It specifically detects endogenous levels of AKAP 1 protein.

The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Affinity purification by chromatography with the epitope-specific immunogen yields a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 90 to 150 kDa.
