Anti-AK6 (G35) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human AK6 and supplied unconjugated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and is validated for reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the N-terminus of human AK6, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of AK6 protein, also referred to as AK6 (G35). It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 20 kDa, and two scientific validation images accompany the product.
