Anti-AK2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to AK2, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The antibody is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and has been KO Validated. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-232 of human AK2 (NP_001616.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 32 kDa. The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and is prepared by affinity purification.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
