Anti-AK1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against AK1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. It is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. The antibody is affinity purified and is accompanied by four scientific validation images.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-194 of human AK1 (NP_000467.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 22 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide; the concentration is lot specific. It is shipped at 4°C and, on arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC 1:50-1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200.
