Anti-AIRE (P126) Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range, recognises the AIRE (P126) target. It is validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The reagent was raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 101–150 of human AIRE, and the resulting antiserum was affinity-purified by epitope-specific affinity chromatography; purity is greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The antibody detects endogenous levels of AIRE protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 60 kDa. It is presented at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
