Anti-AIRE Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antiserum targets the AIRE (Autoimmune Regulator) protein and is raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human AIRE. Supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated IgG reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography and detects endogenous levels of total AIRE. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal, with cross-reactivity confirmed in human and mouse samples. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles to preserve activity.
