Anti-AIPL1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to AIPL1 is available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-384 of human AIPL1 (NP_055151.3) and is affinity purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with an observed molecular weight of 40-45 kDa.

The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC 1:50-1:100 and ICC/IF 1:50-1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
