Anti-AIMP1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit-derived reagent is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot of an affinity-purified polyclonal antiserum raised against AIMP1, a multifunctional component of the aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase complex also known as EMAP2, p43 or SCYE1. The unconjugated antibody is provided at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is of the IgG isotype. It detects the endogenous level of total AIMP1 protein in samples from human, mouse and rat, with a recombinant human AIMP1 immunogen driving specificity. The product is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, making it suitable for studies spanning lysate-based detection to fixed-tissue and cell-based imaging.
