Anti-AIMP1 Antibody

AIMP1, also referred to in the literature as p43 or EMAP II, is secreted during inflammatory stress and contributes to endothelial activation, monocyte recruitment, and angiogenic signaling. For Western blot, the reagent detects endogenous AIMP1 in whole-cell lysates; for IHC and IF, it produces cytoplasmic staining patterns consistent with its known distribution as both a cytoplasmic scaffolding factor and a secreted signaling molecule.
