Apoptosis-inducing factor-like (AIFL), the product of the AIFM3 gene, is a mitochondrial FAD-dependent oxidoreductase that drives caspase-independent programmed cell death. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as 100 µl of antiserum for research use only and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples. The antibody binds the human AIFM3 target, supporting detection of endogenous protein in denatured cell lysates as well as fixed tissue sections. Aliquot upon arrival and store frozen at -20 °C to preserve activity through repeated freeze-thaw cycles; protect from light. The unconjugated format leaves secondary detection chemistry to the user, so HRP, biotin, or fluorophore conjugates can be matched to the application without stripping or re-purification of the primary.
