Anti-AIFM1 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets AIFM1 (also referred to as AIF) and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

It is of the IgG isotype, purified by affinity chromatography, and the target has a molecular weight of 60 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 334–613 of human AIF (NP_004199.1). The manufacturer states reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples, and reports seven scientific validation images for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
