Anti-AIFM1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against AIFM1, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The reagent is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is of the IgG isotype and was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 334–613 of human AIF (NP_004199.1) as the immunogen.

The antibody is validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP), and is KO validated. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, and IP 1:50–1:100. The target band is observed at a molecular weight of 67 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
