Anti-AIF-M1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets AIF-M1 (AIFM1) and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from the N-terminal region of human AIF-M1, and it is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA applications. The polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of AIF-M1 protein and shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species research into apoptosis, mitochondrial biology and programmed cell death pathways. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with care taken to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles to preserve performance.
