Anti-AICDA Antibody

Raised in rabbit and supplied as a polyclonal immunoglobulin fraction at 1 mg/ml, this unconjugated reagent from Antibodies.com targets AICDA (Activation-Induced Cytidine Deaminase), the enzyme that drives somatic hypermutation and class-switch recombination during B-cell maturation. The antibody has been validated for Western blot analysis on lysates of human and rat origin, supporting studies of germinal-center B cells, lymphoma cell lines, and lymphoid tissues where AID expression is physiologically induced or pathologically elevated. Each 100 µl vial is provided in phosphate buffered saline with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is intended for research use only in standard in vitro immunodetection workflows.
