Anti-AHSP Antibody

Polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against AHSP. The reagent is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been affinity purified, and the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–102 of human AHSP (NP_057717.1).

According to the catalogue listing the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, while the manufacturer's data sheet reports reactivity with mouse and rat only. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with a recommended Western blot dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 12 kDa. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
