Anti-AHSG Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against human AHSG (alpha-2-HS-glycoprotein, also known as Fetuin A) and is validated for Western blot (WB). The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with human samples; it is additionally listed for use in immunofluorescence (IF).

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 19-300 of human Fetuin A/AHSG (NP_001613.2), and the target has a predicted molecular weight of 68 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. A recommended Western blot dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is provided. It is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
