Raised in rabbit against an internal region of human AHSA1, this polyclonal IgG reagent supplied by Antibodies.com in a 200 µl vial supports immunoblot detection of endogenous levels of Activator of HSP90 ATPase Activity 1, the cytosolic co-chaperone that accelerates HSP90AA1 ATP turnover and drives the conformational maturation of HSP90 client kinases and signaling proteins. The unconjugated preparation is formulated at approximately 1.0 mg/mL in PBS (pH 7.4) with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, affinity-purified by epitope-specific chromatography, and binds AHSA1 in human, mouse, and rat samples. Researchers investigating HSP90-dependent chaperone networks, cellular responses to proteotoxic stress, kinase client stabilization, CFTR biogenesis relevant to cystic fibrosis, and proliferative signaling in cancer cell lines use this antibody to monitor endogenous AHSA1 expression in cell lysates and tissue homogenates by Western blot. The vial should be opened promptly on arrival; aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles, for research use only.
