Description
Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal antibody to AhR (K32), this reagent is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human AhR and detects endogenous levels of AhR protein. The antibody has been validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF; including ICC/IF), and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.
Purified by affinity-chromatography from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody shows a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE and recognises a target band at ~ 94 kDa.
