Anti-AHR Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the Aryl hydrocarbon Receptor (AHR) and is validated for Western blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The unconjugated IgG antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, at a lot-specific concentration.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 619–848 of human AHR (NP_001612.1), and the reagent has been purified by affinity purification. The reported molecular weight is 100 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
