Anti-AHCYL1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises AHCYL1, also known as IRBIT, a 59 kDa protein. The unconjugated IgG reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 31-260 of human AHCYL1 (NP_006612.2) and is affinity purified.

Listed for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry, the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration. A recommended working dilution for Western blotting is 1:500-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
