Anti-AHA-1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the AHA-1 (activator of HSP90 ATPase 1) target and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. The antibody was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human AHA-1 as immunogen, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography. It is unconjugated and presented in a PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, with a recommended storage regimen of shipment at 4 °C followed by aliquoting and storage at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The product is validated for ELISA, Western blot, and immunohistochemistry (WB, IHC, ELISA) applications and is reactive against human samples, detecting endogenous levels of AHA-1 protein.
