Anti-AGTR2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets the angiotensin II type 2 receptor (AGTR2), a G protein-coupled receptor implicated in vasodilation, natriuresis, tissue remodeling, and modulation of inflammatory signaling pathways. Supplied as 50 µl of unconjugated liquid reagent, it is validated for immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections, where it can be paired with HRP- or alkaline phosphatase-conjugated secondary antibodies and chromogenic substrates such as DAB or AEC for visualization.
