Anti-AGRN Antibody

Raised in rabbit against agrin, this polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the AGRN gene product, a large extracellular heparan sulfate proteoglycan best known for orchestrating acetylcholine receptor clustering at the developing neuromuscular junction.

Validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, the reagent cross-reacts with mouse, rat, and human samples, supporting comparative studies of neuromuscular synaptogenesis, congenital myasthenic syndrome models, and glomerular basement membrane research where agrin helps maintain filtration barrier integrity.
