Anti-AGR2 Antibody

The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 21-175 of human AGR2 (NP_006399.1). Affinity purification yields a liquid product in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, with the target migrating at 20 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50-1:200 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:50-1:200 for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; aliquot and store at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
