Anti-AGO1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against AGO1 (Ago1), supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation validated for Western blot (WB). It is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–170 of human AGO1 (NP_036331.1) and is purified by affinity chromatography.

The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, with concentration reported as lot specific. The expected molecular weight of the target is 100 kDa. For Western blotting the recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C on arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
