Anti-AGK Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting AGK (acylglycerol kinase), offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 233–422 of human AGK (NP_060708.1). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; the indicated target molecular weight is 47 kDa.

The reagent is reactive with human and rat samples and is recommended for WB at a dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. One scientific validation image is available.
