This rabbit-derived polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets AGFG1 (ArfGAP with FG repeats 1), a nucleoporin-related protein also known as HRB that participates in nucleocytoplasmic shuttling of Rev-dependent RNAs and contributes to membrane trafficking events, including acrosome biogenesis during spermatogenesis.

Provided as an unconjugated 100 µl aliquot suitable for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human samples, the antiserum is generated in rabbit and recognizes the endogenous AGFG1 polypeptide under denaturing and fixed-tissue conditions. Researchers studying nuclear pore complex composition, HIV-1 Rev cofactor biology, or reproductive cell differentiation can use this reagent to probe AGFG1 expression in cell lysates by WB and to localize the protein in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections by IHC.

Delivered as a liquid polyclonal antiserum in a single vial, the antibody offers flexibility in titration across both applications. For sample handling, short-term refrigerated storage preserves activity for routine use, and aliquoting upon first thaw limits freeze-thaw cycles so performance remains consistent across repeated experiments.
