Anti-AGER / RAGE (E182) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 150-205 of Human AGER / RAGE, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of AGER protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE), with a molecular weight of ~43 kDa.
