From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against AGER and supplied unconjugated in 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide, 50% Glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is reported as > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
The immunogen is recombinant full length Human AGER, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of AGER protein. Validated applications are WB and IHC, with reactivity reported against Human and Mouse samples. The protein target has a molecular weight of ~43 kDa, and the product is supported by 2 scientific validation images.
