Anti-AGER Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to AGER (also known as RAGE), supplied unconjugated and of IgG isotype by Antibodies.com. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 30–330 of human AGER (NP_001127.1). The product is provided as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; the target is reported at a molecular weight of 43 kDa and concentration is lot-specific. Purification was by affinity chromatography.

Recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
