Anti-AGAP1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified as a polyclonal reagent, this Antibodies.com primary antibody is directed against AGAP1 (also listed under the synonyms Centaurin-gamma-2, CENTG2, Cnt-g2, GGAP1, KIAA1099 and Arf-GAP with GTPase, ANK repeat and PH domain-containing protein 1), a GTPase-activating protein implicated in endosomal trafficking and Arf-family signalling. The unconjugated IgG preparation is supplied at a concentration of 0.8 mg/ml in a 100 µl vial and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows on human and mouse samples, making it suitable for studies of receptor recycling, membrane remodelling and related cell-signalling pathways. For routine use the vial should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles to preserve reagent performance.
