Anti-AFP Antibody [KT137]

This Mouse monoclonal antibody, clone KT137, is raised against AFP and is validated for use in sELISA. Manufactured by Antibodies.com, it is supplied as an unconjugated IgG1 reagent in liquid form, with reactivity confirmed against human samples. The immunogen used was purified native human AFP, and the antibody is provided at 1 mg/ml.

The reagent is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide, and the IgG has been purified through a Protein A column. For sELISA, a recommended working dilution is 3 µg/ml. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
