Anti-AFP Antibody [KT136]

Antibodies.com offers the Anti-AFP Antibody [KT136], a mouse monoclonal antibody specific to alpha-fetoprotein (AFP). The clone (KT136) is of the IgG2a isotype and is supplied unconjugated as a liquid preparation.

Validated for ELISA and WB applications using human samples, this antibody was raised against purified native human AFP. The IgG fraction is purified via a Protein A column and provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide. Recommended working dilutions are 1/1,000 for ELISA and 1/500–1/10,000 for WB.

For handling, the reagent is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
