Anti-AFF1 Antibody

Used in studies of chromatin-associated transcriptional regulators, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets AFF1 (also known as AF4 or MLLT2), a nuclear protein that recruits the super elongation complex to RNA polymerase II and participates in elongation control. The protein is notable for its involvement in the t(4;11) translocation that fuses AFF1 to MLL in infant acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Supplied as 100 µl of liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS buffer containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows on human samples.
