Produced in rabbit hosts and supplied at 50 µl by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent recognizes the AF4/FMR2 family member 1 (AFF1) protein in human samples. AFF1 acts as a transcriptional regulator associated with RNA polymerase II complexes and is best known for its involvement in the t(4;11) chromosomal translocation that generates MLL-AFF1 fusion products implicated in acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The antibody is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications, supporting research into lymphoid development and leukemia biology. For handling, freeze the reagent in small working aliquots to preserve polyclonal reactivity across repeated staining or blotting experiments.
