AFF1, also known as AF4, is a nuclear transcription factor that participates in chromatin-associated transcriptional regulation and is best studied in the context of the t(4;11) translocation that produces MLL-AFF1 fusion oncoproteins in acute lymphoblastic leukemia. This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the human AFF1 protein and is supplied as an IgG fraction at 200 µl per vial. Validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence, the unconjugated primary reagent detects endogenous AFF1 in human samples and supports research into fusion-driven leukemogenesis, lymphoid transcription programs, and chromatin remodeling. Intended for research use only, the antibody should be stored frozen in single-use aliquots to preserve binding activity across multiple experiments.
