Anti-AFAP1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to AFAP1 supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated IgG reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 461–730 of human AFAP1 (NP_940997.1) and is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity demonstrated against human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the target protein is reported at a molecular weight of 81 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and the reagent has been purified by affinity chromatography.
