From Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against AF-10 (E237) and detects endogenous levels of the AF-10 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.
The reagent was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 200-250 of human AF-10 and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is ~ 109 kDa.
Validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ICC/IF, the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
