Anti-AF-10 Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com catalogue, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the AF-10 (MLLT10) protein and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from the internal region of human AF-10. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is of the IgG isotype. It is recommended for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA, and it cross-reacts with Human and Mouse samples while detecting endogenous levels of AF-10. Vials are shipped at 4°C and, upon arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
