Anti-AF-10 Antibody

The rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets AF10 (also called MLLT10), a chromatin-associated transcriptional cofactor implicated in histone H3K79 methylation through its interaction with DOT1L and in the recognition of H3K27me3 via its OM-LZ domain.
