Description
A primary antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets ADSS and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, it was raised against recombinant full length Human ADSS and detects endogenous levels of ADSS protein in Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target ADSS protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 50 kDa. One scientific validation image is included.
