Anti-ADSS Antibody

Antibodies.com lists this reagent as a primary antibody: a rabbit polyclonal raised against ADSS. The manufacturer documentation additionally refers to the target as AdSS 2. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and it is supplied as a liquid preparation. Reactivity is reported for human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen used is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-280 of human ADSS (accession NP_001117.2), and the molecular weight of the target is given as 50 kDa. The antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.3 containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The concentration is reported as lot specific.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and, on receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The manufacturer-recommended dilution range for WB is 1:500 to 1:2,000.
