Description
This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and specifically targets ADSL (Adenylosuccinate Lyase), a protein also referred to by the synonyms Adenylosuccinase, AMPS or ASase.
Validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
It was generated against recombinant full-length human ADSL and detects endogenous levels of the ADSL protein. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 55 kDa.
