Anti-ADSL Antibody

This polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and targets AMPS. Manufactured by Antibodies.com, the unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–310 of human ADSL (NP_000017.1) and was affinity-purified prior to use.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP), the reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The reported molecular weight of the target is 55 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, ICC/IF 1:20–1:100, and IP 1:50–1:100.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
